LaConner today has 800 people and is best known for being able to grow some flowers in the spring (with much effort); you can see the entire town in the ad. What they don't say is that in addition to being the town's police car, it was also the mail carrier, utility department, taxi service and ambulance (with the passenger seat removed). They took "The Car" literally and didn't realize there were other options. Just to fill in the back story.
